These are the minimum requirements a candidate must meet to be considered for this role.

  • 2+ years of experience in a talent coordination, HR, or people operations role, ideally within a fast-paced technology or startup environment
  • Proficiency in Workable or Greenhouse (or a strong desire to become a power user) to manage candidate pipelines and automate scheduling workflows
