- Proven token launch lead: owned at least one end-to-end token launch (strategy → pre-sale/public sale → listings → post-launch growth). Must provide contract addresses, public metrics, and references.
- Growth playbook for Web3: built scalable programs (referrals/airdrops/quests, influencer/KOL networks, affiliates) with anti-bot/Sybil controls and measurable conversion to wallets/holders.
