Candidate requirements
These are the minimum requirements a candidate must meet to be considered for this role.
- 3-5+ years working in the decentralized realm, but open to less based on experience building/integrating ZK solutions (ZK protocols, modular blockchains, web3 developer tooling, security auditing)
- Prior experience in zK projects, but open to other open-source cryptography contributions
About The Paradigm Shifters (Team TPS)
We are building a next-generation public blockchain architecture that integrates cutting-edge cryptographic technologies such as Zero-Knowledge Proofs (zKP) and witness encryption. Through the innovative design of separating computation from verification, we significantly improve on-chain performance, user privacy, and system security.
The platform is modular and scalable, supporting a wide range of applications including payment systems and AI agents. Our goal is to drive the adoption and implementation of Web3 technologies across diverse scenarios.
This project is supported by the Neo Foundation, and our globally distributed core team includes multiple PhDs and postdoctoral researchers with strong academic backgrounds and deep practical experience in Web3.
