These are the minimum requirements a candidate must meet to be considered for this role.
- Proficient knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics, with hands-on experience using these platforms, ideally with version 10 or above.
- Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential, with an ability to generate detailed reports, presentations, and data analysis.
