These are the minimum requirements a candidate must meet to be considered for this role.
- 3+ years’ professional experience with at least 2 in traditional finance (investment banking, asset management, hedge funds etc) plus demonstrable interest in DeFi
- Familiarity with major L1/L2 ecosystems and basic on-chain interactions (wallet, DEX swap, lending deposit)
