Candidate requirements

These are the minimum requirements a candidate must meet to be considered for this role.

  • Demonstrated experience building and scaling revenue operating systems within high-growth technology, payments, fintech, or financial infrastructure companies, including forecasting, RevOps, deal governance, and commercial performance management.
  • Deep familiarity with blockchain technology and a strong belief in the potential for onchain payments to transform global money movement, with experience across stablecoins, wallets, payment infrastructure, or related ecosystems.
