About NullNull is creating a new DeFi primitive: leverage on anything. Our protocol enables leverage on any asset, yield stream, or financial product, expanding what’s possible in trustless finance.

We are a small team backed by a Tier-1 VC and some of the founding architects of Uniswap. We operate with deep conviction in crypto’s first principles: open systems, trustless architecture, decentralization, and user sovereignty.
 
If you want to work at the frontier of DeFi and help define a new category of leverage, this is where you’ll do it.
 
 

Operations LeadWe need an operator. We’re looking for a high-agency, highly organized operator to work directly with the founder and help scale the company from early stage to fully operational. You will own the critical internal functions that keep the company running.
 
This role sits at the intersection of operations, finance, administration, compliance, and strategic execution. You will have broad scope, autonomy, and the opportunity to meaningfully shape how Null operates.
 

General Operations• Build company processes, workflows, and internal systems from zero to one. Keep things neet, organised and efficient.
• Manage day to day company operations across team.
• Design and maintain async-friendly operational rhythms (reviews, reporting, stand-ins).



Financial Operations• Budgeting, cost tracking, run-rate monitoring, spend approvals, and reporting.
• Vendor management, invoice processing, contractor onboarding, and payments.
• Treasury ops, settlements, reconciliations, and basic accounting coordination.
• Assist with token-related financial flows as relevant.
• Find where we can cut costs and maximise efficiency. 



Compliance & Corporate Structure• Maintain corporate records, board docs, cap table updates, entity management and structuring.
• Coordinate with legal counsel on compliance, regulatory research, and filings.



Founder Support• Act as an extension of the founder’s execution bandwidth.
• Clear bottlenecks, create clarity, and ensure decisions to action to completion.
• Manage calendars, scheduling, communication flows, and priority tracking.



Special ProjectsAnything that increases team throughput, improves execution, or reduces entropy, examples like:

• Setting up new systems (Notion, project management, HRIS, payroll, etc.)
• Vendor due diligence.
• Ecosystem or partner coordination.
• Light ops for research, product, or community when needed.

• High-agency, you solve problems before they become problems.
• Clear, concise communicator comfortable in async environments.
• Calm under pressure, excellent at handling multiple moving pieces.
• Execution-obsessed, you finish things neet and well.
• Preference for UK Based (we can work hybrid)
