As an AI-First Talent Partner at Nascent, you will lead full-cycle hiring across various teams, partner with leaders to define success, and enhance talent operations using automation and tools. Your role will also involve onboarding and improving how the company attracts and assesses talent, all while working in a fully remote environment with occasional travel.

  • 5-10 years of experience in Talent and People Ops, comfortable moving from strategy to execution.
