About the role

Overview

As Tokenization Lead, you will manage the end-to-end process of building a robust RWA ecosystem on Monad, including sourcing asset issuers, ensuring on-chain utility, and facilitating distribution to investors.

Candidate requirements

These are the minimum requirements a candidate must meet to be considered for this role.

  • 5–10 years of experience in one or more of the following: RWA or tokenization, asset management, institutional product at a digital asset firm, capital markets or structured products at a financial institution, or BD at a DeFi protocol with institutional focus.
  • Direct familiarity with how tokenized assets work on-chain — you understand the issuance process, the role of risk curators and lending protocols, and what makes an asset useful versus merely issued.
