These are the minimum requirements a candidate must meet to be considered for this role.
- 2–5 years of experience in sourcing, coordination, or recruiting operations, ideally within high-growth tech companies
- Experience sourcing for a diversity of positions ranging from engineering to sales to business for talent-dense companies
