These are the minimum requirements a candidate must meet to be considered for this role.
- +7 years of experience leading localization at scale in a global, fast-growing company (ideally in crypto, fintech, or another highly regulated, high-stakes industry).
- Experience managing and coaching a diverse team across multiple geographies.
