Candidate requirements
These are the minimum requirements a candidate must meet to be considered for this role.
- 10+ years of relevant experience with US financial laws and regulations, including but not limited to the ‘33 Act, money transmission laws, state lending laws, and payment regulations, whether at a law firm or in-house.
- Mindset that is team-oriented, plus proactive and entrepreneurial: an opportunity-making person who uses the law to increase the company’s optionality, not decrease it.
