Candidate requirements

These are the minimum requirements a candidate must meet to be considered for this role.

  • At least two years of previous experience in an HR Operations or Payroll/Benefits role, supporting employees based in more than one country.
  • A strong understanding of payroll systems, taxes, and common benefits, with the ability to quickly learn these conditions in a new jurisdiction.
