About the role

Overview

We’re looking for a Growth Marketing to accelerate user adoption and project participation on our Launchpad platform. This role is instrumental in driving targeted user growth across regions, using data-driven insights, GEO-segmented strategies, and algorithmic optimization to scale active participation and engagement.

You’ll work cross-functionally with Research & BD, Account Management and KOLs & Community teams to craft strategies that resonate globally ensuring our campaigns convert awareness into long-term adoption and loyalty.

Candidate requirements

These are the minimum requirements a candidate must meet to be considered for this role.

  • 4 years’ experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or user acquisition, ideally in Web3 companies/ Marketing Agency.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; equivalent experience welcome.
