Candidate requirements

These are the minimum requirements a candidate must meet to be considered for this role.

  • 5+ years in operations, treasury operations, or production engineering — at least 3 of those in a crypto, stablecoin, or digital asset context
  • Hands-on experience operating stablecoin flows in production: mint/burn coordination, on-chain settlement, reserve reconciliation
