GeniusPR is a leading crypto and Web3 PR agency specializing in tier-one media placements, authority building, Wikipedia pages, Google Knowledge Panels, podcast placements, and reputation management. We work with the most ambitious founders and protocols in the space — and we're growing fast.
THE ROLE
We're hiring a sharp, driven SDR to be the front line of our revenue engine. Your core mission: qualify inbound and outbound leads, run discovery and first calls, and deliver warm, sales-ready opportunities directly to the founder to close. You own the pipeline — from first touch to handoff.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead Qualification & Sales Calls
• Own first and second calls with prospects — qualify budget, timeline, goals, and fit
• Present GeniusPR's services, strategies, and process with confidence and clarity
• Identify whether a lead is sales-ready and prepare a tight brief for the founder to close
• Handle objections around PR ROI, deliverables, and process
Outbound Prospecting
• Generate new leads daily via LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and industry databases
• Work with the data team to run targeted outbound email and LinkedIn sequences
• Target crypto conferences and summits — identify and approach high-fit prospects
• Re-engage past leads and dormant contacts systematically through the CRM
Inbound Support
• Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and route them through the qualification process
• Support funnel optimization — follow-up sequences, messaging, and response scripts
CRM & Pipeline Management
• Keep the CRM clean, accurate, and organized at all times — non-negotiable
• Log all outreach, call notes, and follow-ups consistently
• Track deal stages, follow-up dates, and pipeline health across all leads
• Flag stalled deals and initiate re-engagement sequences proactively
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Must-Haves
• 2+ years of experience in a sales, SDR, or BDR role — you know how to run a discovery call
• Background in PR, crypto PR, or Web3 marketing — you can speak the language
• Confident on calls and sharp in writing — communication is your edge
• Organized by default — clean records and healthy pipelines are second nature
• Self-starter who can hit the ground running without hand-holding
• High outbound volume comfort — prospecting every day is core to this role
Nice-to-Haves
• Existing network in the crypto/Web3 founder, VC, or accelerator community
• Familiarity with PR deliverables — placements, thought leadership, Wikipedia, KPAs
• Experience with HubSpot, Apollo, or similar CRM and outbound tools
• Attended or networked at crypto conferences (Token2049, Consensus, Permissionless, etc.)
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
| $2,500 base/month | Fixed monthly salary
| Up to $6,000/month | Base + 5% recurring commission (3 months per closed deal)
| Commission | Uncapped — no ceiling on deal volume
| Remote-first | Flexible schedule, work from anywhere
| Direct access | Work directly with the founder — fast growth, fast feedback
