Overview

 GALINA World is building Europe's first blockchain-backed clean energy marketplace — solar storage, heat pumps, and a peer-to-peer energy trading platform on Polygon PoS, all powered by the GLNA utility token.

We are looking for a CEO to co-found and lead the operational build. The founder and Executive Chairman holds the vision, the physical assets, and the company equity. The CEO owns everything between strategy and execution: the team, the ICO, the investors, and the product launch.

This is not a “report to the board and optimise KPIs” role. This is a founding role. You will be the operational face of GALINA World to investors, regulators, exchange partners, and the community.

What You Will Own:

• Full operational leadership of GALINA World day-to-day
• ICO execution timeline — ATVP notification, whitepaper finalisation, Token Generation Event (Q4 2026)
• €5M ICO campaign and community growth (5,000 Discord, 2,000 Telegram, 10K X pre-TGE)
• Investor relations — seed round, institutional ICO participants, exchange listings
• External partnerships — DSO negotiations (Elektro Maribor), KYC/AML providers, audit firms
• Team management — CTO, CMO, CFO, Legal Officer, Operations Lead all report to you
• MiCA Path A regulatory process with ATVP (Slovenian Securities Market Agency)
• - Post-ICO financial performance — revenue ramp from €0 to €500K+ by end of 2027


The Project:
GALINA World is a clean energy company registered in Slovenia (GALINA d.o.o., Korovci 36a). We combine solar energy storage systems, heat pumps, and a P2P blockchain energy marketplace into one integrated platform backed by the GLNA token.

• Token: GLNA — 100,000,000 fixed supply, ERC-20 on Polygon PoS, minting renounced at launch
• ICO: €5M target at €0.125/GLNA — MiCA Annex I compliant whitepaper drafted, ATVP notification pendin
• Blockchain: Polygon PoS, QuickSwap v3 DEX listing at TGE, Tier 2 CEX (Gate.io / MEXC / KuCoin) Q1-Q2 2027
• Physical asset: GALINA World Campus at Korovci 40 — apartments, meeting rooms, energy infrastructure
• Stage: Pre-ICO — all core documents prepared, team in formation, ICO launch Q4 2026

YOU ARE STRONG FIT IF:
Non-negotiable:

• 5+ years in energy sector (utility, distributed energy, renewables, smart grid, or energy tech)
• Track record of at least one regulatory engagement — ICO, utility licence, or major DSO/utility partnership
• Led a team through a fundraise (ICO, seed round, or Series A) — personally accountable for the result
• EU citizen or resident with clean standing (required for ATVP KYC)
• Willing and financially able to work on deferred salary for Year 1


Highly valued:

• Prior Web3 or blockchain involvement
• Network in Slovenian, Austrian, or Central European energy sector
• Fluent English — Slovenian or another Slavic language a meaningful advantage
• Investor relations and public speaking experience
