Candidate requirements

These are the minimum requirements a candidate must meet to be considered for this role.

  • Qualified/licensed lawyer with at least 3 to 5 years of experience in financial product legal and regulatory work handling issues for CFTC- and SEC-regulated clients in a major law firm or as a licensed entity.
  • Excellent knowledge of US financial laws and regulatory structures and track record of maintaining licenses and building products and operations under these frameworks.
