Flourish Health is a functional/integrative medical practice located in Glenwood, MN. We work with patients who are committed to making the necessary changes to achieve their best possible health.

Stacey Luetmer, MD is a board certified family practice physician with twenty years of experience. She completed her functional medicine coursework through the Institute for Functional Medicine and opened Flourish Health July 1, 2019.
