Brainy is founded by an American entrepreneur who has created 10 companies in the past 15 years, Billy Buckles. He had the inspiration to create Brainy after working with Pat Bautista, a licensed CPA working remotely with international clients. She had extensive knowledge in accounting and bookkeeping leveraging from her experience working in one of the biggest accounting firms in the world.

Together, they created Brainy designed to meet the needs Billy identified throughout his ventures: accurate numbers, dependability and predictability of timeline, scalability as your business grows and affordability services.
