- 7+ years total experience, with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in banking and capital markets industry, institutional finance, business development, partnerships or related fields, with a strong understanding of TradFi and DeFi markets and their tech infrastructure
- Experience working in a startup/fintech or fast-paced environment with evidence of converting high work ethic into stand out personal and team results
