About the role

Overview

We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers in building and maintaining data pipelines and cloud infrastructure for our analytical data platform. You will create conditions for team success, coach engineers, and champion engineering best practices.

Candidate requirements

These are the minimum requirements a candidate must meet to be considered for this role.

  • Managed a team of 5–10 engineers building data infrastructure, data platforms, or backend systems at scale with a genuine servant leadership philosophy.
  • A software or data engineering background, with the ability to read a Terraform plan and engage in streaming architecture discussions.
