- 5+ years of progressive experience in administrative leadership including office management and operations, ideally within professional services, financial services, or fast-paced/start-up, high-growth environments.
- Proven success leading, managing, and mentoring administrative staff, including experience managing other office/operations managers, across multiple locations.
