- 5+ years in Compliance/Regulatory Advisory supporting product launches in crypto, fintech, broker-dealer, exchange, derivatives venue, asset manager, payments, or bank environment (global/cross-border strongly preferred).
- Proven experience partnering with Product/Engineering/Operations to deliver compliant launches (requirements, controls, testing, go-live).
