。具备基础设计能力(如Canva,Figma,PS)，简单剪辑能力(剪映/CapCut等);
。沟通与执行力强，具备良好的审美，逻辑表达能力与团队协作意识。加分项
。有独立运营过内容账号，爆文经验；
。有活动内容运营，PR稿件撰写，B端采访经验。英文能力优秀，可协助撰写或翻译海外内容。有 Web3 创投圈社群参与经验者优先。
