These are the minimum requirements a candidate must meet to be considered for this role.
- 3+ years in crypto/Web3 BD, sales, or partnerships across APAC, with success in at least one key market; ideally, an institutional sales background or strong CEX experience; comfortable owning the full sales cycle and shaping partnership strategy.
- Strong understanding of APAC DeFi/Blockchain ecosystem and regional market dynamics.
